White background works best for studio or solid backdrops. Complex scenes should be background-removed elsewhere first, then run through this kit.
FAQ
What size do Amazon product photos need?
Amazon requires at least 1,000 px on the longest side. Zoom activates around 1,600 px. This tool defaults to 2,000 px (or a 2000×2000 square main-image pad).
Does Amazon require a white background?
Yes for the main image slot shown in search — pure white RGB(255,255,255). Secondary images can use lifestyle backgrounds. Toggle white background on for main images.
Will this strip GPS from my phone photos?
Yes. Drawing through a canvas produces a clean JPEG with no EXIF/GPS. The report table shows what was embedded before stripping.
What is the maximum file size?
Amazon does not publish a hard cap; under ~10 MB uploads reliably. The default cap here is 5 MB via quality binary search.
Can I use PNG, WebP, or HEIC?
Yes as inputs. All outputs are JPEG, which Amazon prefers for product photos.
Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No. Processing runs entirely in your browser. Open DevTools → Network while processing to verify — you should not see image uploads.
Is there a batch limit?
Yes — free use processes up to 10 images per run. Need more for a real catalog day? Report a useful bug for free usage credit, or ask us about higher limits.
