- Over 50 lb (FBA): standard check fails. A single oversized/heavy unit may sometimes continue with Team Lift labels; some guidance cites ~65 lb / ~30 kg as an upper band for that exception. Over 100 lb often needs Mechanical Lift labels. Confirm Seller Central — this tool never auto-approves.
- Packaging strength (common guidance): use a proper RSC (regular slotted carton), adequate flute (often B-flute), and board strength in the ECT-32 / ~200 psi burst class when your load needs it. Weak boxes can fail receiving even when dimensions pass.

Can a box exceed 36 inches?
